An adjustable nylon collar with reflective stitching worked into the webbing, so it picks up headlights and torchlight on dark walks without looking like safety gear in daylight.

Measure around the neck where the collar will sit, then add room for two fingers between the tape and the coat. Each size adjusts across its full range, so if your dog falls near the top of one range, take the next size up rather than running a collar at its last hole.

A note on visibility

Reflective material only works when there is a light source pointing at it — headlights, a torch, a bike lamp. It does nothing in genuine darkness on its own. On unlit roads, use a light as well.
